Return & Refund Policy

We aim to deliver the best quality snacks. However, due to the nature of food products, returns are limited to specific conditions.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • All food products are non-returnable once delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Return Eligibility

You can request a return/replacement if:

  • You received a wrong item.
  • The product was damaged during delivery.
  • The product was expired upon arrival.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at makhanapops@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
  • Our team will review your request and approve eligible returns/replacements.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is from our side (wrong/damaged/expired product), shipping costs will be borne by us.
  • Otherwise, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
